Where did Summer go? Time for more links, videos and other goodies

Where did Summer go?  Here in "sunny" CA we haven't had much hot weather, not that I am complaining, but it seems like we never really had a "summer."  This week we might get some warmer, high 80's, weather, but we are getting pretty close to September and cooler weather (though our weather can stay warm all the way into December).  I hope those of you in the East are getting some cooling, and hope that the rest of your summer stays cool.

I am reorganizing my craft area again, no pictures yet, but my husband bought me a wall divider that is PERFECT for my little area, and then I bought some trays to hold 12x12 paper, and now I just have to sort and organize (just?  did I just say "just?" sigh).  We also bought a new recliner sofa and rocker recliner for the family room, so there was a bit more room for the room divider unit (and my craft area).  Very nice not to have to turn sideways to get into my crafting area : )

And here is my card that I made for the challenge over at the "Follow Your Heart" blog, this week we used flower soft and some Viva Decor products:

Details about the card are on the blog.

Now, onto some LINKS!

Mini Paper Roses:  Really loved how this flower was made, have to try it out, just haven't had time yet.  Looks fairly easy, and would be great to be able to use coordinating paper to make your rose!  Check the link below for more tutorials from this very talented crafter.

Paper Pleasing Ideas:  Here is a link to all of the tutorials from Paper Pleasing Ideas, some great things in here!   Nice link to save for a rainy day when you have time to check them all out.

Copic Watercoloring:  Very nice card made by "watercoloring" with Copic markers, am looking forward to trying this.

Just Give Me Stamps:  Some GREAT cards here, her work is amazing, some so simple, but elegant, all of them a real treat and inspirational.

Another DIY Flower:  PLEASE make sure to check out this tutorial, I am going to use these on my next card, amazing, and pretty easy to boot!  This one is a keeper for sure.

A Thousand Sheets of Paper:  GREAT blog candy here, and after you enter for the blog candy make sure to visit the entire blog, amazing work, lots of wonderful images, trust me the entire blog is "blog candy."

Ok everyone, it is 10:00 pm and I need to be up at 6:00 am tomorrow, so off to bed I go!  Have a fun week, and again, thank you so much for visiting the blog and sharing your love of stamping with me.
